6.17 NXT RELEASE The v6.17 release is live in NXT orgs in the EU as of August 25, and for US customers on August 29. This release includes: Gainsight Mobile now supports the C360 / R360 for quick access to customer info and logging Timeline activities on the go. (Available early September!) Success Snapshots is improved with a new test run preview, re-sizable table width columns, and a new Success Plan Overview slide option. New CX Center for analyzing customer sentiment across sources like Timeline and Surveys. Renewal Center offers a new Churn Reason chart to support your customer churn analysis. Company Intelligence is available in the C360 to monitor publicly available information and alert users to the signals that matter most. Plus, more than 20 new ready-to-use solutions in Sightline Vault, and multiple enhancements to Adoption Explorer and Renewal Center. Hello Community!We need your feedback!Gainsight is introducing the most awaited Note Templates, a way to add templates in your Timeline Notes which makes it easier and faster to log Timeline activities.Key HighlightsA preview of the Template will be visible before Users apply it in the Notes. Users can modify the text from applied templates while writing the notes. Admins will be able to compose the Note templates in the Administration (Timeline). Admins will be able to align the created templates with different Activity Types. Hi Community! We have an exciting new feature that we are getting close to release and want to do some beta testing with some engaged end users. Cockpit Calendar Integration What does the feature do: It allows CSM’s to add CTA’s to their calendar as events!! Why would they want that: CSM’s start and plan their day from the calendar. Having your important CTA’s visible on your calendar will ensure that they don’t miss any critical due dates and better plan their day. How can I choose what CTA’s get added to my calendar: Users can set a filter criteria for CTA’s to be automatically added to their calendar (Eg: sync all my Risk CTA’s due next week) or manually add them from Cockpit. What all can I do from the synced calendar event : User can navigate to the CTA in Gainsight directly from the calendar event. In addition to this, users can update CTA due date & CTA Name directly from the calendar. Also if CTA due-date’s are updated in Gainsight the calendar event in automatic
6.18 NXT RELEASE The v6.18 release is live in NXT orgs in the EU as of October 6, and for US customers on October 10. This release includes: Timeline and Cockpit have been upgraded to the Horizon Experience. The Horizon Experience is Gainsight’s simple, intuitive, beautiful product experience - intended to reduce time to value and admin effort, and streamline end-user experience. The new Gainsight Assist Outlook Add-in enables you to access Gainsight email templates directly from Outlook. This feature will be available in the October Patch release. Timeline now honors Gainsight Permissions. This enables admins to control users' access to Timeline activities. In Sightline Vault, twenty new solutions are added for Customer Onboarding, Support, Customer Success Plays, and Surveys & Feedback Solution Types. Gainsight is updating terms used in documentation and in product to support a more inclusive environment. In this release, we’ve started using “Deny List” and “Allow List”

Hi, We have been experiencing issues in tracking LinkedIn profiles in Sponsor Tracking in some cases, leading to the track requests for those profiles being in the “Pending” state for longer than expected time periods. Following are the known limitations in tracking LinkedIn profiles: If special characters exist in the LinkedIn profile URLs, we will not be able to track them. URL Should not have the prefix, either "https://linkedin"; or https://in.linkedin: use the public URL found on the contacts profile (not a google search redirect link). The contact's LinkedIn URL can not be tracked if the LinkedIn profile is private or a premium member. Issues currently being faced: We are currently seeing frequent delays in tracking LinkedIn profiles when they have not been previously tracked in Gainsight, even if they do not fall under any of the known limitations listed above.
