I’ve talked to numerous folks who have heard about this “Gainsight Admin” thing, and have started to explore the career. Some already work at Gainsight customers, others work in operations roles beyond Customer Success, and others are looking for their first job in tech. Gainsight’s Community Team has been hard at work the last several months to make some exciting new improvements to the Community! One of the changes you might notice is your new badge! As you progress through the various levels of participation, you will receive a new logo against your username that suggests your level of engagement across the different activities you have been doing. Helping others on the Community and earning points can lead to some really cool prizes like Gainsight swag,.gift cards, and other surprises!CHAMPION STATUSOn our old platform, Champion status was the only level available for special recognition and reward. If you were a Champion before, you might notice the trophy icon no longer displays next to your name. There are now 11 levels, and Champion is the 5th badge, because we didn’t want to limit the rewards and recognition to just one achievement. Thanks @manu_mittal and team for ringing this good news …..After a long wait, we're happy to share that our Zoom App (for US only) is now live in the Zoom App Marketplace! We anticipated this approval to occur a lot sooner, but Zoom has a pretty elaborate review process!Since Zoom doesn't allow the same app to point to two different servers, we've submitted a separate EU app for approval. We expect this to be approved in the next couple of weeks, and we'll update you once we've received the EU approval. Once approved and published, you'll see two apps in the marketplace: Gainsight App for Zoom, and Gainsight EU App for Zoom. Important to note because this is different from the login flow in our mobile app and Gmail/Outlook plugins.Thanks for your patience!

I am Ritesh Sharma, a new product manager in the connectors team. One of the features that we are working on is enabling support of multi-valued attributes (or array type) in connectors. If someone is interested in sharing the use cases with me, please feel free to comment with insights.
