I would like to receive a weekly reminder of my open CTAs. How can I set this in Gainsight?

Hi Gerda,

Please note that notification options have to first be enabled at a global level, if you will, by the Gainsight Admin. "Once you enable email notifications for users, the user can determine the frequency of their notifications, or manually subscribe to email notifications." If that has not yet been done, here are instructions on how the Admin can do that: https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Configure_...

If/once that is enabled, click here to see how to add notifications for you individually - it's super easy! https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Customers_and_Relationships/User_Guides/Configur...

I followed this article and have some comments / questions:

1. The above 2 links don't work. Here are the correct ones:
https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Administration/General_Administration/Configure_...
https://support.gainsight.com/Product_Documentation/Customers_and_Relationships/User_Guides/Configur...

2. After I set the general options, will it trigger email notifications for users. Or these will be sent after each user will specify its preferences.

3. Where can I see sample alerts? I want to see how it looks before enabling it.

Thanks,
Einat

Hi Einat,
I recently started going through all of the unanswered or unresolved problems and questions here.

2)After I set the general options, will it trigger email notifications for users. Or these will be sent after each user will specify its preferences.
Once you enable the Notification Frequency, then user will get the email notifications.
Navigate to Admin>>Notifications

3. Where can I see sample alerts? I want to see how it looks before enabling it.
Please create a sample CTA and you will receive an email notification.

Please let me know if you need more help in configuring
