Add fields via Lookup for Reporting

I would like to report in Gainsight on fields contained on a lookup field record on our Salesforce accounts. In Salesforce, I can add fields via lookup on the report type and use these fields, but I cannot find a workaround to do the same in Gainsight. 



I want to utilize the report in a Success Snapshot, so I am looking to find a way within Gainsight to report on this information.

Hey Becky, Ideally Data Spaces should solve the issue. You can create a "virtual" object called a Data Space using all the connected SFDC objects and report on top of it. Please go through the following links and let me know if I can help you further:

Will I be able to reference the newly created report (off of a Data Space) in a Success Snapshot? Currently I cannot get the report built off of a Data Space to show up when adding a report to a Success Snapshot.
