How do I contact Gainsight PX Support Team?

Hey guys, we are putting together a list of frequently asked questions to the PX support team and I figured todday we can start at the beginning. This question came up today so I am reaching out today to make sure everyone knows how to reach us at Support if any issues or questions come up.



You can reach out to support straight from the app. Take a look at the screenshot below, if you select the dialouge box in the top right you will see this message below.



From here you can submit your issue straight to the support team. Keep in mind when submitting a support ticket the more detail the better, please let us know what the issue is you are seeing, what area of the product is this issue happening, names and examples are very helpful and screenshots are always appreciated.
