We have two type of customers we typically email via copilot during the customer lifecycle, "Admins" and "Super Users". Every account has 1 admin, but can have an unlimited number of Super Users. Sometimes they have none sometimes they have several. Historically we've sent emails to every user individually, but it would be much more succint to send an email "To" the admin, and "cc" all the super users. Is there any way to dynamically generate that cc list based on the user type?
This would be helpful for us as well. Would love it if we could cc: based on a field in SFDC. Either a type of user (would be helpful to select the value of the selected field - almost like a filter) or in the CSM or the account exec.

@Tim - Thanks for sharing this use case. We do not have the ability to add dynamic list of fields in the cc. We will consider this for our roadmap and will see similar use cases from other customers and prioritize accordingly.
@Kate - With respect to your use case, you can add a email field as a token in the cc of an advanced outreach/outreach and use it for the send email step.
