Can CoPilot include survey link in reminder emails?

We used CoPilot to send out our NPS survey and would like to send a reminder email to contacts that did not yet respond. Can we include the unique link to the survey in the reminder email?

Right now, what we can achieve is create a powerlist using "Email Logs" as a source and filter the contacts who have not clicked and batch name = the outreach name. The loophole here is, if the user has opened the Survey and not submitted, they will not be sent the follow-up.

We are enhancing the capability to send follow-up reminder via outreach in next quarter. Thanks for your feedback. Will keep you posted on the Exact ETA as and when available.

One potential solution is to build a Power List atop the "Survey Participant" object and extract the list of Contacts who have not responded yet. Should look something like this:

I'm going to experiment with this. I added the email sent date as a criteria so we send 5 days after the first email. The first email was personalized from their Onboarding Specialist. The second email will come from me. I typically do this the opposite way but want to experiment and see what happens.

Hey Chad,

Sorry to say, you will not be able to use Survey Participant because we add the participant there only when a response is submitted. Until then, there is no entry over there and hence not useful here. This behaviour is specific to Surveys sent from Copilot.

Thanks
Hi Sundar,

I can use a little guidance. In my new PowerList, I am using Matrix Data > Email Logs > All Contacts from Filtered which meets the following criteria: Batch Name equals (the batch name I used) and Clicked equals 0. When I saved and refreshed, the results included all of the contacts we have in Salesforce, except for those that clicked on the survey link. My original Powerlist included filters to limit the number of contacts, but the filters were based on both the Account and Contact objects. When I use Email Logs as the source, I am unable to match my original filter criteria. Please advise.

Thanks,

Steve

Thanks for clarifying, Sundar.

Hi Steve,

The "All Contacts from filtered Accounts" option finds the qualifying Accounts, and then returns all Contacts under those Accounts. You should try switching to the "Contact Id" or the "Email Address" option to create a Contact level Power List.

Thanks,

Manu
Update: I worked with Jared Block yesterday and was able to come up with a solution that I thought I would share. To send a survey reminder to contacts that did not respond to the survey.

New Powerlist > Derive list of contacts from Matrix Data > Email Logs > Contact ID

Which meets the following criteria:

Batch name = [original Outreach name]

Sent = 1

Clicked = 0

Hard Bounced = 0

Unsubscribed = 0

Sundar,

I was following the steps laid out by Steve below, but I'm not sure my #'s are correct.

My outreach sent to 424 contacts of which: 421 opened, 69 clicked, and 3 bounced.

The power list I created based off of Steve's guidance returned 373 records. From my count, 352 (=424 - 69 - 3) records should have returned.

Could you offer any suggestions of where I may have gone wrong?

Thank you,

Brittany
