Minimize window to send CoPilot emails

We currently have 90 Outreaches scheduled for 6AM.  On average about 100 emails are sent and it takes about 1 hour each day.  We would like to send the same 90 Outreaches in 4 additional languages.  Currently in Gainsight this will require us to create 360 new Outreaches.  This is really only to send the same 100 emails but in localized language.  We are concerned that the emails will now take 5 hours to send.  Are there any tricks to minimize the total time it takes for all Outreaches to run and send all emails.



Examples:

- Will scheduling 1 minute apart help (not sure if this is even allowed... might be 30 minute increments)?

- Is it reliable to schedule a Power List refresh at an earlier time and then don't refresh Power List with Outreach run?

Thanks for your post. I'll let other respond to the window to send copilot. I just wanted to highlight that we do plan in short term (likely Q1) the ability to have a single outreach send emails in multiple languages. You'll essentially be able to select multiple email template in an outreach for different segments of your powerlist. thx

Hey Jeff - Do you have tokens that gets substituted in the email template? If yes, then is the value for the token stored in respective language in the source? 

If your source does not have the token values in different language then you might want to use the template without any tokens.

Great point Sundar.  Our tokens are primarily items like first name, customer name, customer Id so we should be fine for just about every email template.  Maybe there are a few emails that might have a token that would need to be localized which we will watch out for.  The general approach that we are taking for localization is leveraging the the email to direct the customer into our product where we have everything localized already.  Email is actually last resort if they haven't already consumed item with our product.

We scheduled all Power Lists to refresh about 2 hours before Outreach schedule and turned off the refresh before Outreach executions.  The same 100 emails are taking anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour to run with the average being about 30 minutes.



If anyone knows any tricks to decrease this window anymore please let us know.
