Display Contact Email and Phone

On the CTA and Gainsight Task layout, when a Contact is linked, display the Contact Email address and phone number, pulling the data from the Contact Record. This is similar to what is available on a Salesforce Task.
As an AM is processing CTAs, it will save time to have the email & phone readily available.
