Can we please have this field added to the Saleforece NPSSurvey Response for Survey 1.0 and the MDA object for Survey 2.0?



This will help us create AVG NPS reflect the true NPS across all the records.

Hi Meenal,



By using the migration utility you can get 1.0 surveys on 2.0 and you can get the overall NPS. We are planning to deprecate 1.0 so we are not making any chnages to. 1.0.

@piyushmadhukar What object would we look for this in? Can you give an example of the fields to pull in? I'm assuming we wouldn't look at the response object.

Hi @meenal_shukla @lane_h This has been implemented.



It works by assigning a score of 100 to promoters, 0 to passives, and -100 to detractors. The simplicity is that all you have to do is apply an aggregation of Average on that field and it will give you the True NPS of all of the responses that you have filtered.
