Aside from the 8 predefined Milestones, what are some other Milestones companies will want to track?

Aside from the eight predefined system Automatic Milestone Types, companies can create custom-defined Automatic Milestone Types to track changes in selected attributes that are specific to their business needs.

These custom milestones can be configured to track changes based on absolute variation or percentage variation in the value of the selected attribute. For example, companies might want to track significant changes in usage metrics, contract value, feature adoption, support ticket volume, or any other custom KPIs that are critical to their customer success operations.
