Gainsight Support: Follow Support Requests for Your Organization

Users accessing our support portal may have the need to view all of the tickets for their company/organization. This updated access gives you the ability to view any tickets submitted by users in your organization. 

 

How do you Subscribe to your Org-wide tickets status?

You need to be set up by the Support Team first.

NOTE: For PX Customers, this gives you the ability to see tickets at the SUBSCRIPTION level.

Email support@gainsight.com requesting your user to be Upgraded to view all of your Organizations Requests.

  1. Once you are enabled, use your Gainsight Support login to Check your existing tickets
  2. This page lists all your Requests with us under ‘My requests’ and tickets raised by anyone in your org under ‘Organization requests4AGAnYfGUrjFMqqnC4hI25MUUy6ui1_VFJDkAHLRfqrObug8SqJ-FWCAwB2MTu6u7sDjws1kvVpCHEaFlhy6_96nQwbkjQEsY6X4PcZ4W6QHfCpMI078EDF6p_5Qj3-sXBOiddO7GWjOp9gLgAsCUxI

Also note the ‘Check your existing ticket status’ page can also be reached from the ‘Support’ dropdown on the header of the support@gainsight.com page

Email support@gainsight.com requesting your user to be Upgraded to view all of your Organizations Requests.

If we are upgraded, do we also get the email (as if CC’ed)? Or do we go to https://gainsight.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests to see our organization’s requests?

Hi @mmarques! Being upgraded to view all Organization Requests just grants the ability to see all requests submitted by users tied to your organization from the Support Portal.

Per my understanding, you would not receive email notifications for each ticket (unless you had been manually cc’ed to them), until you ‘follow’ the Organization from the portal.
