Hi There!

I am creating an NPS Survey and was wondering if there was any way to get rid of the smileys BUT keep the colors for the ratings?

@MelissaC when you click in the survey to edit the question, there’s an option you can uncheck for Show Smileys.

@heather_hansen Thanks for responding so quickly!  I see that, but is there anyway to still show the green/yellow/red colors?  Just not the faces?

@MelissaC Not currently.  If you use Journey Orchestrator to send it out, and use an inline question though, you don’t see the smileys in the email.  Just the numbers and the colors.  However, when they click that, they do get taken to the survey where they would see the smileys.
