Additionally, I would love more control over the x and y axis. Since they’re both numbers, it would be nice to set a right/left or top/bottom alignment of a zero value. Additionally, label editing is what we’re really looking forward to. We just had a really successful email campaign with a generated report in the email, but had to leave the x-axis unlabeled because that functionality does not yet exist.
I'd like to jump on here as well and say the current path of hiding the Gainsight SFDC documentation behind a Google Sheet and making the NXT documentation the only one searchable by search engines is a really bad experience. When I find the documentation I need (like perms) and then I have to click through to a Google Sheet and then search again for what I need based on the article title alone, I become very unhappy. I brought this same issue up to Gainsight support and asked them to link the article I was looking for, and they were unable to do so, which doesn't seem to bode well for ongoing support of SFDC Gainsight.
Like Matthew, I have a great use case for this. We have several datasets where we can grab customers/users from when we need them. If I try to grab them in a Bionic Query as part of a Program, there's no way to merge them together if a contact exists in one set and not another. I have to create a new MDA object, write to it twice using the different data sets, and then load that one object to the NPS Survey Program.
Would love to see an update on this. We track risk for onboarding projects inside the success plans that are run by onboarding engineers, as a risk objective. If I could automatically create those for the team, it would allow for greater accuracy and less manual work.
Same here @Matthew, kind of confused. The click through for more info says this isn't being enforced til next month now? Is there any update on this, or has it been added to the roadmap? With us having a 24/7 support organization and CSMs working outside my hours as an admin, simple perm sets for like "Mass Edit CTAs" or simple rule updates are greatly needed. I would also be able to dole out access to managers and such without giving them the ability to go in and completely destroy a connector/ingestion process. It feels like there should be a dedicates permissions page, with a GUI where I could assign permission sets to specific users to be able to do their jobs more efficiently, without giving them the keys to the kingdom.
I'd like to reiterate a need for this scheduling feature within AOs as it is super painful to have to manually create all of these as outreaches so they can be scheduled. We're currently in the middle of a massive email send because of GDPR and will be comming close to 200,000 contacts. Because of needing to limit the impact to support, we're sending in waves of 5,000 every two hours. If I could schedule these through AOs, I wouldn't need 40 different outreaches to get this done. Additionally someway to segment powerlists by groups of X would be fantastic because we know we're going to have to do more giant email comms in the future.
I am looking for exactly this. We want to be able to concatenate account names (which will then be a token) for Advanced Outreaches to individual emails. My issue is that I have a variable number of account names (generally increases every day) and varying amount of email addresses. Emails can be assigned to any number of accounts, but I only want to email that person once, with a list of all accounts they're associated with. If there's an elegant solution and I'm missing it, I'd be happy to hear it, but I've spent quite a bit of time searching for one, and I don't believe there is yet. Glad to hear other people have already presented the idea.
Has there been any movement on this? I'm taking over administration of a fairly beefy set of Rules and they're incredibly hard to decipher easily. I can rename them, and implement our own naming and tagging conventions, but it's surprising to see this mentioned two years ago and nothing has surfaced as far as I've seen.
