Operational and Business Reports for People maps

Hello,

What best practice reports does Gainsight recommend from an operational and business standpoint to track documentation within people maps? 

We are looking for an operational report that will assist in tracking adoption of people maps, for example ensuring that all fields are completed by CSM on launch of people maps, and then ongoingly ensuring CSMs are updating the information in the map on a regular cadence. 

It would also be helpful to export the areas of documentation details on each card- can this be accomplished?

Hi @shiela_kern 

You could create a Report on the Company person table to track the documentation for People maps.

The fields that are configured to the card can be selected and viewed to verify the completeness of the record.

The system fields (Modified by and date) could help you keep track of how often these fields are updated and when they were last updated. You could also export these details from the Report builder in the Excel format to keep track externally
