Knowledge Center Integration with KnowledgeOwl

We manage 4 product lines all within one knowledge base tool - Knoweldge Owl.

 

They also have an in-app widget that we could add to our platform, but ideally we want 1 place where users can get all types of help. 

 

It would be great if GainsightPX had a native integration with Knowledge Owl as they do with Zendesk, Help Docs ext.

 

If not - is there a way we can leverage knowledgeowls API and custom build this functionality within the Knowledge Bot ourselves?
