Currently, we cannot change the font styles/size of the text in the speech bubble of the KC Bot. It would be great if we have this functionality to adjust the text in the speech bubble as per requirement.

The text size is small in the speech bubble of KC bot! and they would like to increase it as per their requirement.

Thanks, all.. the product team will look into adding a font style/size configuration option for the speech bubble. Note were are also looking into adding more options for how often/when the bubble is displayed to the end-users.
