Yes, this would be very useful. Having the bot limited is how it can be customized OR triggered makes it limiting when trying to ensure we can also maximize our UX/UI capacity as well. I would love to see the bot be able to be customized in size (it is pretty large right now) and also be able to be set so we could trigger it from a permanent UI component, like a button item in a left nav.
This would be great. It was a bit annoying to have to navigate around Gainsight’s KC bot and keep closing it while even completing the Gainsight University courses. That’s one example from a user perspective.
