Gainsight's February V6.0 release* is live in Production orgs that take automatic upgrades! This release includes some exciting new features and enhancements which you can learn about in this 6-minute video and our detailed release notes.
Highlights include:
Log emails to Timeline for greater team-wide visibility: No more copy-and-pasting into a Timeline entry – you can now efficiently log emails in Timeline to ensure team-wide visibility on your most important communications. (Admins, watch this 9-min. video for an overview of how to setup and use Email to Timeline in your org!)
Create polished, visually-compelling presentations with Gainsight data: Success Snapshots 2.0 makes preparing for customer presentations a breeze with the ability to easily create slides with your Powerpoint template that incorporate key insights from Gainsight.
Note: this will be rolled out to customers over a two week period starting Feb. 19, so you may not be able to access this feature immediately.
New options in In-App Sally to display customer info: Sally offers new capabilities directly within the Gainsight UI, including the ability for Sally to show a summary of company details and recent Timeline activities - allowing your team to more easily find the customer insights they need.
Work more efficiently when using mass edit reports: Now you can freeze the first column of a Mass Edit Report so that you can more easily view the various aspects included when working with a Scorecard Mass Edit report.
