I would like to see engagements in addition to features in path analyzer. For example, when we first make a KC bot available in a product, our “What’s new” announcement includes mention of self-help (KC bot) in addition to new features. I would like to see whether people who complete the “What’s new slider” follow through with opening the KC bot and running an engagement.

I now see that it is possible to use Path Analyzer to see what people do after or before an engagement. However, you cannot see if people run other engagements after. It would be good if the engagements could show up in the Path Analyzer report to be able to get the full picture.
