Just wanted to bring this point up. Earlier users were able to search Account in the below highlighted section with other attributes like - VID, and sentiment prior to the latest release, but now they are unable to. They used to be able to see the Company name, VID, and sentiment when searching. Now, only the name pops up.
On checking internally, we found that this is as per our latest release wherein we have moved on to Gainsight Objects from SFDC objects for "related to"

Can we have an option to customize the search in the “Related to” field of a timeline entry?
