Add Rule to Rule Chain from Rule Schedule Step

Basically what the title says (for Horizon Rules).

If you create a new rule and want to add it to a rule chain, you have to:

1. Save your rule
2. Back out of it to the rules list
3. Go to rule chains
4. Select rule chain
5. Add rule to chain

What if instead you go from:

1. Rule Schedule
2. Select Rule Chain
3. Add rule to chain

It’s not a lot fewer steps, but it’s much less clicking around, navigating or having multiple windows open and just streamlines the admin workflow a bit.

Even better if you can expose the schedule for the rule chain on that pane so instead of seeing the message of “Schedule not applicable” like you do in BR today and then get linked out to the Chain you could just see it in the rule. That would also improve the BR workflow of opening a rule and looking at the schedule, then needing to find the rule chain and then find that schedule.
