Option in Journey Orchestrator to CC to timeline

Hi,

IS there any additional discussions around having an option to send JO emails to timelines?  I don’t think it needs to be necessary for all correspondence, but definitely for customer facing CSM activities.  Thank you.

 

This is on the medium term roadmap. We will keep you updated about the progress.


This would be incredibly helpful for us as well. Use case: We send usage emails to customers once a month via JO and would like to have that logged in Timeline.


I’d love to see an update on this. As we move towards sending more automated operational emails to clients, we really need certain emails to be automatically logged to timeline. Without this we are missing the full picture of our efforts to engage with clients.

 

At the very least it would be good to have a tick box option (“log email to timeline”) when setting up a JO email.
