This would be incredibly helpful for us as well. Use case: We send usage emails to customers once a month via JO and would like to have that logged in Timeline.
I’d love to see an update on this. As we move towards sending more automated operational emails to clients, we really need certain emails to be automatically logged to timeline. Without this we are missing the full picture of our efforts to engage with clients.
At the very least it would be good to have a tick box option (“log email to timeline”) when setting up a JO email.
My ask if there is an update on this request? We were told that it would be by end of year but that has not happened. Thank you in advance.
