How about One Instance -One Timezone / One User -One Timezone

We have timezones at multiple places in an instance. Say,

• Connectors,
• Application Settings,
• Rules,
• Data Designer,
• My profile etc.,

Can we integrate all those as one user- one timezone (or) one Instance one timezone. 

else can we have one dedicated tab/place for timezones so that we can analyse all timezones like which asset is using which timezone.
