Making CSM life pretty easy by introducing the CSM 360.
In simple terms it is as same as Customer 360.

Benefits:

  1. CSM can check his overall health in a single page.
  2. It helps CSM to make quick decisions and help to respond immediately on major issues.
  3. We can replace the activity timeline as “CSM Wall” which will help to check meetings/calls and to-do actions for the day/week/month in a calendar view.
  4. This will be more effective to a CSM by comparing with other options (reports / dashboards).
  5. CSM can plan renewals in easy manner with different metrics.
  6. Map’s View (new report type): CSM can plan meetings and also it leads to new customers.
