Happy holidays from the Gainsight Support team!! We will have modified hours for the next couple of weeks while we give our team off time to celebrate the holidays with their families and friends.  Please find the modified schedule below.  Wishing you and your families a healthy holiday season!

    • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues
    • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working high severity cases
  • Monday December 26, 2022 - Friday December 30, 2022:
    • Live chat and phone support disabled
    • Delayed response time on non-urgent issues
    • No change in email & portal ticket submission
    • Staffed 24 hours, but agents only working high severity cases
  • Monday January 2, 2023:
