I am in need of a report to show where an open CTA/task assignee does not equal the CS Owner, or CSM, or CSA. How can I do that?
I also would like to see how to duplicate the Scorecard UI view report with a regular report since I hear that UI views will be going away. Need element score as well as RYG.
ack! I was hoping to be able to get on to take a look at these today but I cannot make it. hopefully next week!
