Hi Team,
The incorrect number of records is displayed for any report against an SFDC object that contains at least one group by (if there are more records retrieved than the “Show Limit” for the UI page). For example, there are 412 records, and I have selected to show 100 records per page, then “100" will be displayed for 4 pages, and 12 displayed for the last page.
One suggestion is to remove the "Total Number of Records:" and "Click Here" for SFDC API queries that cannot return the correct number of records.
A removal of the total count without any context, would cause more people to report a bug that to understand the limitation.
