Our team loves the Zoom App for Gainsight! One additional feature that would help save the team time is the ability to send meeting notes directly from the Zoom App prior to ending the meeting. Right now, once you’ve logged the meeting notes, you would have to go into Gainsight (outside of Zoom) to send the meeting notes to the attendees. It would be great to have the option directly in the activity menu while still in Zoom to save 30 seconds of clicking over, finding the meeting, then sending it to the attendees.
This would such a great efficiency gain. Wonderful idea!
