When creating a Report in Gainsight NXT sourcing the data from Salesforce Object, there is only one Lookup option which is “Account”. It would be better if the look up is enabled to all the prominent SFDC Objects. It will simplify the data sourcing from Salesforce.

Not sure whether there is a similar idea available and Gainsight already started working but then this feature is much needed one. Many views under R360 or C360, we commonly used SFDC sources reports when sailed in SFDC edition but after NXT migration, we end up creating more MDA’s. Reporting solution not providing lookup to cross object data other than Account fields causing more admin work/maintenance/support aspects.

We are expanding SFDC lookups in the new horizon reporting. This should close any gap you face because of NXT and even more.
Hi@rakesh I am seeing all those related field info from corresponding lookup object while building reports from Horizon. That concludes our ask. When is production expected horizon migration?

Hi@naga_gonaboyina , Found good in Horizon analytics enabled NXT tenants. Lookup fields object data pull over functionality exist. Great effort and thanks for having it implemented .
