I hope all is well with you. 

May I create 3 separate JO programs to send out surveys at different times? An account manager wants to send out a survey earlier than the scheduled date.

Can I create a new JO program to send one-off surveys and still be part of the same survey event for tracking purposes?

Hi Scott, 

There is a rule setup that is supposed to set status to implementing for new clients. We recently had a churned customer come back on to our system but they are still showing as churned even though their information is showing correctly in SFDC. The rule that was originally used to fix this is not working this time. I need help getting this rule to run correctly again.
