Set up recurring email to internal users

Hi, I am trying to automate a weekly email that contains a report for our internal team. We’ve got the email set up and scheduled through JO, but I cannot for the life of me find out how to set this up as recurring. Am I missing something obvious, or do I need to go in weekly and manually schedule it?

Are you using the query builder to determine who to send to?  If so, you’ll just need to go into the query and select Schedule, and then, configure the frequency there.

Thanks, Heather! I am using query builder and I see the “Schedule” but will that queue a send, too?

If you click to Edit your query, it should be in the top right next to the +Task.  You’ll see two options under that, and you’ll want to select the second one, and then, configure the frequency.

Yep!  So, basically, the query runs and that triggers the next send.  Sure thing!  :)
