Scorecard Toggle for individual measures

There are instances where a CSM might want to omit certain measures from their customer’s scorecard manually, especially in instances where data cleanliness is causing a false reading and incorrectly affecting the score. 

This could be solved by creating individual scorecards for specific customers - but is not a scalable solution from an admin perspective. 

The idea would be to give a full user the ability to dynamically exclude specific measures from one specific customer’s scorecard based on their knowledge of the account.
