Hi there! I’m having some trouble with a data designer that seems to almost be working but sometimes double or triple counts timeline activities. I can’t quite put my finger on why it’s going wrong and could use a second set of eyes.

Have a couple of items to discuss relating to data:

  1. would like assistance with creating a report that shows me CTA’s that have timeline activities associated with them
    • issue is with Gainsight Assist emails and Associated records
    • Associated Records in terms of:

      • the email was added to Gainsight via Outlook Gainsight Assist.
      • the email is added to the general timeline for the company in GS
      • end-user then edits the timeline and adds the associated record, CTA...
      • I have been unable to filter out CTA's with associated records.
    • Ticket # 179248
  2. Removing data from a rule that ran
    • we updated the filters for a rule that adds to a scorecard and wanted to see if we are able to remove the historical data and ‘start from scratch’?

Hi Scott,

I have a question regarding a report that I am working on Scorecard measures

I need some guidance on how to make “Load to People” as a rule action work.  The scenario is this - we are ingesting contacts from SFDC via Snowflake and S3.  When a contact is marked as inactive or deleted in SFDC, they are omitted from the S3 file, and the records are orphaned in Gainsight.

I would like to create a rule that looks at last modified date for the contact - any contact that has not been modified in more than a week should be marked inactive (I believe on the company-person object).  I have the setup part of the rule created just fine.  I am struggling with the Load to People Action and I think specifically with the Company Association object (that’s where the active field exists).  The error I am receiving is “Company ID lookup is mandatory for Company Association”

Note -we are not using relationships.  Thanks!

Hi Scott,

I’m having an issue using an external custom API that shoots out NPS survey responses to a slack channel. I did the entire integration already, and my testing worked. But on my test Journey Orchestrator, once I answer the survey it never shoots to slack, it just skips the External J.O. Do you have any good resources or experience with this manner?

Hello,

I would like to know how to share survey results.

Also, is there a way to delete a recurring CTA? If so, does that erase all of the recurring CTAs?

Thank you,

August

Hi Scott,

Do you know how I can replace all of our old scorecards with a new one on the company level?
