I have had several customers ask if it is possible to filter out which calls are pushed to Timeline via the Gong.io integration. My understanding is as of today that is not possible. Can we explore enhancing the integration to provide customers the option to determine which calls are pushed to Timeline? Calls of a particular type or by a particular team for example may not need to be pushed to the Timeline.

I completely agree. The fact that the only filtering capability within the connection is based on Gaingsight fields seems a lot less useful than the ability to filter based on Gong fields, users, etc.
