We currently populate email open fields in with the data from clicks so that we can guarentee that the open fields are populated.





I think it would be beneficial to make the email link click data populate the open clicks incase the participant that is getting the email has an image blocker as we use a pixel image to check the open count. That way if we are using open count in a conditional wait or similar we can still use that field.

Sendgrid supports implied open - it counts an email as opened when a reader clicks on one of its links even when the images have not been dowloaded. An email I read without accepting the images and clicked on a link recorded in AO log as Opened Y Clicked Y. Are you saying that under such scenario, the conditional wait would not test true to eMail Open?
