As of now the way the Due date on the CTA works such that The due date of the CTA is the Due Date of the Last task shown. However, if we have the ability to make this flexible withoptions such as Due date of CTA is equal to the Due date of the first unfinished task etc. It would be more flexible for the customers to choose amongst these options.

Hi @prithvi_vihari - can you explain this use case in a little more detail please? What would be the circumstances where you wouldn’t want the due date of the CTA to be equal to the task with the latest (furthest out) due date?


Hey Dan- Sorry for the late response as we were waiting for details from the customer. From our last interaction with the customer, they wanted to display the due date of the last unfinished task as they could keep track of their tasks- however, an elaborate use case should be shared by the customer with whom the link was shared.


So it sounds like they like the way it works now (displaying the due date of the last (latest) unfinished task)?


Dan- I believe they should be fine with the functionality as I see no updates from the customer on this thread. We can consider this functionality sufficient. Thanks for your help on it.
