Need the ability to create flags within timeline. For example I have a timeline email related to support topics, technical issues or product related information. Would like the ability to create configurable flags for CSM's to flag and filter on within timeline activities.

Hi there,
One of the AMs asked me if it’s possible to add a “Star” or “Flag” to “important” timeline activities (similar to Gmail features) so that those entries/activities can be referenced later. I think it would save the AM time finding important activities/notes.
