Is it possible to schedule in JO more than once a day?

We are about to embark on a program for our CSMs to follow-up with customers on Relationship survey feedback via an external tool (data sits on the response object in SFDC). We are a global company, I’d therefore like to see the ability to schedule participants more than once a day to give our CSMs across all time zones the ability to be alerted and action the tasks within the program, without too much delay. For some, they may have to wait a whole day before they are alerted to a survey response (the alert is an email trigger directly to the CSM, with a CTA to follow-up with customer).

Using Journey Orchestrator you can schedule a query to run at most once per day. You can have multiple queries in the same program with different scheduled sync times to reduce the amount of time to email.

There is also the Events trigger using the Events Framework that acts more like a listener for an action (e.g. a survey response) before sending an email. It requires some API knowledge to setup to bring in the right fields for your email send.
