It would be awesome if we could embed a video into an email template from Loom or other sources.
Currently we can only link the video or add a GIF and link the video to the gif which works great but would be neat if the video can be played from the email.

Also, It would be a great asset to tell if the video was played (if that is possible) for marketing or onboarding to send the contact down a pathway in JO.

Thanks for posting the idea. We are currently in the process of revamping the email template builder to provide a much cleaner and intuitive template configuration experience. Adding the video preview option to the product backlog for prioritisation.

We use HTML to bring it in but then that can mess up the entire email template and tokens so thanks to Gunjan’s amazing advice of taking a pic of the thumbnail and linking it to the video, we have a tiny workaround for right now. However this would be so so so ideal.
