Having Text Wrap in Comments Section of Dashboard Reports
CS Reports & Dashboards
The idea of having comments in a report on a dashboard is great! But unfortunately depending on the length of the actual comment, there may be no good way to actually read them. Adjusting the size of the field can help slightly, but being able to "Wrap Text" as in an Excel spreadsheet would allow us to read all of the comments in a semi-permanent way.
This would be a useful feature that greatly add to the legibility of comments in a dashboard report.

Would it work if clicking on the partial text would popup the full text. Reason I'm asking is that based on size of report in dasboard and size of comments, this could result in a lot of scrolling.
Just went through this one with a customer and they would like the "Wrap Text" option to be sticky. The column width settings will be super valuable too.
We really need the ability to have wrap text within Dashboards so that we can avoid exporting a report to view the context. Currently, we cannot see a majority of the details within the report due to their length. This isn't necessarily a 'comments' section.
Is there any additional update on this? My customer would like this functionality, specifically for Success Plan reporting in which they could see the Plan info and other relevant fields.
This item along with other possible improvements on tabular (grid) reports like inline editing etc is on our radar. ETA is not available at this point in time. Will update here at the right time again.
