Scott, we are going to delete our old usage data and re-load a shorter time period with records that contain a new unique field that will help us more accurately reflect the usage data roll ups in AE. I’d like to talk through the delete process/re-load to make sure we don’t miss anything important.

I’d like to better understand how rule chain scheduling works

My cloned rule generated more CTAs then my original rule - seems a bit odd

Hey Scott,

I’m back with another question that may make your head explode. #sorrynotsorry

I need to insert a dynamically generated link inside of a table, which will eventually be used inside of an email template :scream:

link format:

https://account.newrelic.com/accounts/{accountNumber}/users/{userId}

example report:

Account Number and User ID both live in the object which I’m using to generate the report above. Can I use the Rules Engine to concatenate+transform two tokenized variables into a URL? The tricky part is, how do I do that when I have a static “/users/” in between the two tokens?

The final result should look something like this, with a 4th column that contains a link like the one above.

Thanks x100,

Linus

Hi Scott,

I am in the process of migrating my Salesforce org to Lightning. Part of this migration requires me to create custom profiles for the purpose of creating different lightning home pages for different sets of users. I am having a hard time figuring out why Gainsight is not showing up for my test user in Lightning when using this new custom profile. Can you help me with this? Thank you.
