Working through some updates to engagements, I’m noticing some instances where we need to utilize a dialog instead of a tooltip (due to duplicate CSS Selectors or Text Box behavior). However, on smaller display resolutions the dialog can cover some of the required UI. It would be useful if the dialog could be “minimized” (and draggable while minimized) to allow the user to interact with the underlying UI but NOT have to cancel and start over on the guide.

We have the same requirement. A dialog box cover most of the underlying UI and it would be good if users can drag the dialog on the screen so that they can see the UI elements and relate to the content on the dialog.
