Ability to schedule Success Snapshot exports

Would be nice to give the CSM the ability to schedule each of their customer weekly success snapshots to come to them at a certain time every week or month or quarter, etc. 
Our team just had this question today too! We have a monthly customer scorecard that the CSM reviews, confirms, and sends to the customer. Rather then having a recurring CTA, it would be great to allow the CSM to create a schedule for that export for that specific customer so they receive the email when it is due to the customer. 
Hi Andrew and Samatha. Thanks for your suggestion. So that I understand, the expectation is not to automatically send snapshots, but a way to schedule emails of snapshots to CSMs. Is that right?





Follow up question. Is the main reason to have CSMs control the schedule (Samantha your point, allow the CSM to create a schedule for that snapshot) or the main reason is the hypothesis that receiving an export in the email more likely for CSMs to use it vs. seeing a CTA and then manually going to C360 page and pressing a button.

Yes, they would like to have them sent directly to themselves to remove the step of going into Gainsight to do the export. Given that the delivery is to their email, they would like it to happen automatically when it needs to be sent rather then using a CTA to remind them and then having to do the manual export only to go back to their email to open it. 
Yes you have it right. 
What if in the CTA / task, we could embed a link to success snapshot of that customer ? would that help. this is not something planned, but just brain storming if this could work / be better, so that it is not something that is sent via email that may be lost and not tracked. 
That would help to have a link to the PPT directly in the CTA.
that would work for us too but the CSM needs to have control over creating that reoccurring CTA.
