Lock down direct login access to Gainsight UI in NXT

Related products: None

We are about to migrate to NXT and will require our end users to still login via SFDC.  For security (and data accessibility) purposes. We do not want them logging in through the direct Gainsight login.

I was under the impression that shouldn’t be a big deal because if you don’t have the URL to login, you wouldn’t know it is available.

Today we just moved to Gmail and I discovered this in the Gmail Chrome plugin.

We need to ensure there is a comprehensive way to prevent end users from logging in through the NXT direct UI.

Hello @darkknight

When this migration is planned? if we provide this control to admin will that solve the problem?

@darkknight you could try provisioning SSO for NXT and just not enabling anyone on the SSO end?

The product and engineering teams are looking at some options to allow better admin controls over this login user flow. Stay tuned.

Our migration is expected to be happening within the NXT 30 days.
