I have a question about a report, trying to figure out the best way to do a created vs solved support cases in one report.

I have a question about reporting - I want to show how many customers have not been connected with this year (we have an added field in the timeline activity that is a checkbox for connect).  When I do what makes sense, I either get how many have been connected or how many the CSM has in total.  And is it possible to get a percentage to show in the guage reports?
