Hi Scott,

I have a simple rule to clear a checkbox on the company person record that works when I test it but not when I run it manually.  I’d don’t understand the load to person action very well, so could use some help determining what I did wrong and better understanding the action.  

I also have 2 rules that are updating fields on the Company person and Relationship person that are having lots of failures.  The failure reason is Duplicate Record.  The execution history show the failures started at about the same time in July.  I’d like some help troubleshooting these rules.

Hi Scott - Is it possible to create a Rule to identify when an upcoming Strategic Alignment Session will be triggered by the Rules I have already created? The use case is to have a widget on a Dashboard to alert CX leadership on how many SAS will be due in the next 30 days.

Another item - Best practice for adding a global filter to a Dashboard when there are multiple objects on the reports/widgets.

Hi Scott, 

In people maps, it would be very helpful to be able to only add active customer contacts from the list in the People Map drag and drop section. Is there a way for Admin to manage the displayed contacts from the Company Person object without deleting them in the source? Like, getting only active customer contacts to show.
