Timeline sync to Events as well

Wondering how much support there is for being able to load certain Timeline activity types to the Events in SFDC? So you could choose one activity type to load to Tasks, but others to Events.

We are adding the capability to sync to salesforce events in fall release but this configuration will not be per activity type. The admin can choose to sync all activities either to tasks or events.
Syncing few activity types to events and other to tasks will be possible via rules engine soon.
