Linking Zendesk Tickets to CTAs

Is this on the product roadmap to allow Zendesk Tickets to be linked to CTA reasons other than Risks? Currently you can only link the tickets to Risk CTAs. We have a customer that submitted a ticket that is asking if this will be in a future release to link to ANY CTAs

Can you explain some of the use cases associated with other CTA types which you would want to see via the Zendesk tickets?

This is Logan with the support team here at Gainsight. We've seen a few use cases recently where it would be appropriate to link tickets to a few different kinds of CTAs.
For example, when working a Zendesk ticket, the support agent might also be tasked with looking for upsell opportunities and would like to link the ticket to the CTA. Being able to do this straight from Zendesk would be a nice way for support to kick a notification over to the CSMs.
