Hey Spencer,



I have a quick question on how JO program email variants are determined. I have specific filters set up to select email variants, but have some customers that may fit multiple filters. How does the JO Program prioritize which email it sends to a customer if it fits 2 email variants requirements?

There will be a "default" email template that will essentially win out over the other variants in case a customer fits both criteria. We can discuss more during the session today though. I'm interested in learning more about your use case.
